How this gets made

These are not brand films with a logo at the end.

An ad is judged first on hook rate, three-second views over impressions, where 25% is the baseline and 35% is something you can scale, and then on hold rate, the share of the video that actually gets watched. Every decision in the edit answers to one of those two numbers.

How this gets madeMethod, not volume

Vertical has no runway. The first frame is the hook.

Short form

08–12h
  • The strongest frame in the footage becomes frame one, wherever it occurred.
  • The subject is composed inside the safe area, not centred and then cropped.
  • Captions are burned, weighted and timed to the stress of the word.
  • The loop is built deliberately: the last frame hands back to the first.

Motion

20–26h
  • Type is set to the brand, then animated to the cut, never the reverse.
  • Transitions earn their place or they are removed.
  • Everything is built to survive compression and a 6-inch screen.
  • Source files handed over, so the look outlives us.
