[ How this gets made ]
You are not making an ad. You are making a hook library.
Turnaround 10–16h
- 01The body of the script is held constant and only the hook is swapped, so a test tells you which opener worked rather than which ad did.
- 02Five hooks against three placements and two durations is thirty deliverables from one shoot — that is the unit we quote in.
- 03The read stays slightly tired rather than performative: the problem-recognition opener is what reliably outperforms in this format.
- 04Captions burned, safe areas respected on every placement, and a silent-viewing pass before anything ships.
UGC is judged first on hook rate, three-second views over impressions, and the honest position is that most hooks fail. Testing whole ads against each other tells you almost nothing, because several variables moved at once. Holding the body still and batch-testing openers is what turns creative into data, and it is why the deliverable is a matrix rather than a video.
