A short cannot earn trust first. Show the result, then explain it.

- 03Diagrams are rebuilt for 9:16 rather than cropped out of a landscape version, so nothing important lands outside the frame.

Educational shorts are not shortened explainers, they are inverted ones. A landscape explainer can spend twenty seconds setting up a question because the click already signalled interest. In a feed nobody opted in, so the interesting part has to be on screen while the thumb is still moving, and the teaching happens afterwards to an audience that has already chosen to stay.
