Marketplace-legal on the main image, art-directed on every one after it.
The standard
Reference pieces by other creators, chosen to set the bar for product imagery. Our own named client work lives on how we work.

The main image has rules. Everything after it has a job.
- 01Main image to marketplace spec: pure white at 255,255,255, product filling 85% or more of the frame, no text, logo or inset.
- 022000 pixels square as standard, because that is what turns on hover-zoom, and hover-zoom is the closest a buyer gets to holding the thing.
- 03Cut-outs are masked rather than erased — the path stays live, so one asset goes on white, on colour and into a scene.
- 04Colour is proofed against the physical product, not against the camera’s idea of it.
Marketplace image rules look like bureaucracy and are actually the conversion mechanism: a compliant main image gets zoom, and zoom is what replaces picking the product up. Past the main image the constraint lifts and the job changes to scale, texture and use, in that order, because those are the questions that turn a considered click into a purchase, and a returned order over the wrong shade costs more than the shoot did.
